This is for general public information that the Company i.e. M/s. Vikas Publishing House Pvt. Ltd., having its Registered Office at A-27, 2nd Floor, Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, New Delhi-110044 and Corporate office at E-28, Sector 8, Noida- 201301, Uttar Pradesh, undertakes employment only through its internal Human Resources Department and under no circumstances, neither gives any kind of online advertisement nor telephonic calls to any individual for providing any form of employment in the Company including freelancing/ typing and data entry jobs. Further, the Company never demands any kind of monetary deposits for providing any kind of employment or distributorship or membership in the Company. 

The Company further cautions the general public that few fake individuals are financially defrauding several innocent job seekers on the pretext of providing employment/ freelancing/ typing/ data entry jobs/ membership/ distributorship while illegally exploiting the Company’s intellectual property rights and thereby cheating and misleading the general public across India. The Company is receiving several complaints from such victims for release of payment for the work undertaken by them against which the Company is taking appropriate legal recourses. 

Thus, in case, if any individual receives any communication for providing any form of employment in the Company, then he/ she may please refrain from acting as per the terms of such false and bogus advertisements/ calls/ demands and further, immediately inform the same to the undersigned. If, any individual entertains such communications and/ or advertisements, then he/ she shall undertake the same at his/ her own risks and under no circumstances, the Company shall be held responsible for any loss incurred thereby.
