G N Pandey

Prof. G.N. Pandey is currently working as adjunct Professor, Indian Institute of Information Technology, Allahabad, with interest in simulation, modeling, software development and their applications in industries as well as in e-governance. He has been on the faculty of Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University, as Lecturer and Reader in chemical engineering and as Professor and Head, Department of Chemical Engineering, Hartcourt Butler Technological Institute (H.B.T.I) Kanpur for about 20 years. He did a two year research assignment in petroleum engineering with the University of Michigan, ANN ARBOR, USA. He has served as Director, Directorate of Environment, Government of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow; Director (Technical), Indian Turpentine and Rosin Company, Bareilly; Director, Institute of Engineering and Technology, Lucknow and Principal, G B Pant Engineering College, Pauri Garhwal. Professor Pandey was the Vice-Chancellor, JRH University, Chitrakoot from 2001-06. He has 16 books and 245 papers to his credit. Besides serving as consultant to various chemical and allied industries, Professor Pandey has also attended several national and international conferences for delivering lectures, presenting papers and chairing technical sessions.
