Dr. Mrs. Chadha obtained her M.Sc in Botany with first division and fourth position from Kanpur University (1969) and, since then, she has been teaching at the S.N. Sen P.G. College, Kanpur. She is co-author of A Textbook of Botany (Vol. III), published by Vikas, Advances in Botany (3 Vols), Industrial Pollution and Plants and Advanced Botany (3 Vols). She is an active crusader for Environment Protection and is also conducting research in the same field.
