He is a faculty member in the Department of Management Studies, IIT Delhi. A PhD from IIT Kanpur in Industrial & Management Engineering and a Postdoctoral Fellow from NUS Singapore-MIT USA Alliance in Manufacturing Systems, he is involved in research projects and consultancies for the government and corporate sector. He has conducted several MDPs and short-term courses in IIT Delhi for academia and corporates. He has travelled to several countries to conduct sessions and seminars. He has been associated with many B-schools as a visiting faculty. He has published more than 40 research papers in national and international journals of repute.
