S.H. Patil

He is a Professor of Political Science (Retd.), Karnatak University, Dharwad, and earlier has been ICSSR Senior Fellow and UGC Emeritus Fellow. He has authored many books.
Dr Patil's thirty articles have been published in refereed journals. Some of his articles are abstracted in ICSSR Journal of Abstracts and Review, Delhi, and International Political Science Abstracts, Paris. His thirty-six discussions and talks have been broadcast from All India Radio, Dharwad. He has participated in several regional and national conferences and seminars.
