Rashmi T H M has a Masters' degree in Business Administration (MBA) with distinction, with finance as her specialization. She taught for four years before joining JGI. Rashmi has worked as a Branch Operations Manager in ICICI Bank. She has presented a number of papers at various conferences and has also submitted a paper on 'Knowledge Based Economy - Accelerating Innovation through University Business and Government' at the Eighth AGSE International Entrepreneurship Research Exchange, Melbourne, Australia, in February 2011.
