Professor of Finance in the Department of Management Studies and Research, Acharya Institute of Technology, Bengaluru, obtained his PhD from Gulbarga University (Karnataka). He has more than two decades of teaching experience in various management institutes. He has contributed more than 25 research papers in national and international conferences, seminars, journals and edited books. His areas of interest are Mergers and Acquisitions, Investment Management, Direct and Indirect Taxes, Financial Management, Financial Accounting, Cost Management, International Financial Management, Financial Derivatives so on. He has written textbooks on Mergers and Acquisitions, Accounting for Management, Risk Management and International Financial Management. He is member of BOE and BOS of several management institutions, and guides research students for their PhD at VTU, Bharathiar University and Rayalseema University.
