An MBA from IMI, New Delhi, Piyush Chawla has been the Director of Vikas^® Publishing House since 1996. With his vision and progressive management, he has radically transformed the company into a leading educational publishing house in the country. He is a recipient of the Young Publishers' Award, 2001 from the Federation of Indian Publishers. He is also a Leader with Landmark Education--a training & development organization committed to transforming lives of people.

Sajili completed her CA in 1990 and worked for three years with DSP, Times Guarantee and Tata Finance and joined Madhubun in 1993 as a Director. She started with a sales focus but has extensive experience in managing other departments including editorial, operations, logistics and administration. Under her capable guidance Madhubun, the school books division, has recorded a growth of 200% over the last 4 years.

Sharda Chawla has been associated with Madhubun Educational Books - the school book division of Vikas^® Publishing House Pvt Ltd, New Delhi - since its inception. Passionate about making learning a joyous experience for children, Mrs. Chawla has been involved with conceptualizing, developing, selecting and publishing books for children for over two decades. She is the recipient of the Federation of Indian Publishers' Award for 'Distinguished Women Publishers, 1999' and the 'Fiji Sahitya Samiti Award, 2001'. She is on the Managing Committees of Amar Jyoti Charitable Trust and Akshay Pratishthan (both integrated schools for physically challenged students); and an Executive member of the Chinmaya Mission and the Chinmaya Vidyalaya.
